Target + Neiman Marcus

Target and Neiman Marcus. I'm not sure how I feel about this collaboration. Nevertheless, I am excited to see what they come up with for this holiday collection set to be released at both Target and Neiman Marcus on December 1st. The collection is being marketed as a celebration of 50 years of design with Neiman Marcus, Target and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). It will bring together 24 of America's top designers and will feature over 50 gifts in categories such as fashion and home. Prices will range from $7.99 to $499.99, but most items will sell for less than $60.

Of the featured designers, I am most excited about Derek Lam, Jason Wu, Lela Rose, Prabal Gurung and Tracy Reese. See full list of designers below.

Red, White and Sparkle

I decided to continue my Independence Day themed attire into the weekend. It was crazy hot, which meant it was time to pull out something that would keep me cool, but was still party appropriate. These shorts and sparkly top fit the bill. And I'm totally obsessed with this necklace I just got from Etsy. It literally goes with everything!

I can also now say that I am a cork wedge heel convert. It's hard to find a cute heel that you can walk and dance in all night and these definitely do the trick.

Mint & Berries

My quest for magenta peep toe heels has finally ended! And to top it off, they were less than 20 dollars and are super comfy. Victory!

As I've mentioned before, I'm really into mint green. Having adored this color for well over a decade, I'm super thrilled to see it all over the place this season. I spotted this dress at H&M and loved not only the color, but the cut, fit and fabric as well. It's a thick knit and should be comfortable during spring, summer and fall. I think it works perfectly with my berry hued accessories.

Clothes I'm Coveting

As mentioned in my post earlier this week, I am all about stripes. So it really shouldn't surprise anyone that many of my coveted items involve them in some way. And with summer fast approaching, I am craving dresses even more than usual. I've also included two Markus Lupfer items in the same print, which is rare for me, but I just adore both of them so much. Below is what summer means to me. Yay for nights so warm you don't need a cardigan, days by the pool, rooftop bars, and super cute barbeque outfits!

Lusting for Letterpress

I love letterpress. It feels amazing, looks amazing and is the epitome of understated elegance. Ever since I watched Will Smith's character fix Rosario Dawson's Heidelberg Windmill press in the movie Seven Pounds, I've dreamt of owning one.

My latest letterpress obsession is business cards. I have been working on redesigning my business cards for quite some time now and when I came across several semi-affordable letterpress options online, I just knew I had to have them. I pretty much haven't been able to think of anything else since. There is just something about running your fingertips over the beautiful indented impressions and the thick luxurious paper. I may even go all out and get the 220# paper and colored edging. In the meantime, here are some of my favorite letterpress designs.
